This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to nickname, email address, and IP address. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy. You can always delete your account, including the identifiable information collected, by contacting us via email (contact@smartdealer.poker) and requesting for your account to be deleted.

When you make in-app purchases (for example chip, ticket, or coin packs, cosmetic items, tips, or the “Remove Ads” option), the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We and our purchase-management provider receive purchase confirmation details (such as product identifier, price, currency, and transaction identifier) to deliver your purchase and to measure the performance of our advertising, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Advertising and Consent

Our Service is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display ads. To serve ads, Google and its advertising partners may use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID and Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers, “IDFA”), cookies, and similar technologies to collect information about your use of this and other apps and to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

You can learn how Google uses this information here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland). If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we present a consent message (via a Google-certified consent management platform) before serving personalized ads, and we will only serve personalized ads where you have provided consent. You can review or change your advertising consent choices at any time from Settings → “Ad privacy options” within the app.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS). On iOS devices, we ask for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before using your IDFA for advertising. You can change this at any time in your device’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Third-Party Services

We enlist the services of third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, to enable sign-in, to process purchases, to serve and measure advertising, or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf, and they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose. The providers we use include:

– Google AdMob — advertising (Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy)

– Google Sign-In — account authentication

– RevenueCat — in-app purchase and subscription management (Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy)

– Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchase processing

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” or similar identifiers to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and to know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Your Privacy Rights (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your Personal Information; to object to or restrict our processing of it; to request portability of your data; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time (including your advertising consent, via “Ad privacy options” in the app). We process your Personal Information on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service), your consent (for personalized advertising and, where applicable, analytics), and our legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the Service). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@smartdealer.poker. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Your Privacy Rights (US States)

Depending on your state of residence (for example California), you may have the right to access, delete, or correct your Personal Information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Our sharing of advertising identifiers and purchase events with advertising partners such as Google and Meta may constitute “sharing” under some state laws. You can opt out via “Ad privacy options” in the app or by contacting us at contact@smartdealer.poker. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

International Data Transfers

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your state, province, or country, including the United States, where our service providers (such as Google and Meta) operate. Where required, such transfers are carried out using appropriate safeguards.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated identifiable information at any time by contacting contact@smartdealer.poker.

Service Providers

For the reasons described above, we enlist the services of third-party companies and individuals. We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to their Personal Information to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the European Economic Area, the minimum age for consent to data processing ranges from 13 to 16 depending on the country, and our Service is not directed to users below the applicable age. If we discover that a child below the applicable age has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers.
